A hierarchy of outcomes (binary,\nordinal, continuous, and time-to-event, with eligibility guards\nand tie margins) is defined; all pairs of subjects are scored\nlexicographically; and the resulting win / loss / tie data are\nanalysed. Unadjusted win statistics (net benefit, win ratio,\nwin odds), diagnostics, and a worked example based on outcomes\nafter allogeneic stem cell transplant are also provided. The\ncomputational engine is written in 'C++' using 'Rcpp' and\n'RcppEigen'.",
